Cancellation Policy

A ticket for the conference can be canceled or transferred to another person free of charge. A cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket price is charged when canceling a ticket earlier than 30 days before the conference, and 100% of the ticket price when canceling less than 30 days before the conference.
